Static Electricity

We did a lab last week on static electricity. It was really fun. We used balloons. They made my hair stick up.We got to bring them home and they were awesome! I lost mine over the fence. In class though, we did two other experiments. We tied two balloons together and they repelled. The other experiment we did was we rubbed the balloon on our heads and we picked up the paper with the balloon! I think it was really cool. I hope we will do it again!

Culture Day

Last Friday, we had culture day. Everybody brought something to share with the class. Some people were from Scotland, Gatamala, France, and Africa. Some people brought food like sweet potato fries, scones, and beignets. We learned so much. Culture Day was the best day ever!
